Park Facilities Rental Form--

Groups wishing to hold events Town parks or wishing to have an outdoor concert, must submit an application at least 30 days prior to the proposed event date. Use fees and conditions are contained on the permit application.

Sales Tax Licenses:

October is renewal month. Renewals must be submitted before November!

Liquor Licenses:

Please contact the Town Clerk for all applicable forms and listing of required fees to apply for a liquor license.

Dog Licenses:

Bring to the Administrative Offices proof of rabies vaccination and spay/neuter certificate (if applicable) with a fee of $10 for a spayed or neutered dog and $25 for a non-spayed or neutered dog, and a dog license & tag will be issued.
